Product just as describe. Excellent packaging very safely packed. Boxed came with some damage but the item was AOK!
Was a bit dubious about them asking for personal details for fraud prevention but my instrument is back up and running and couldn't be happier. Oh, the delivery time was very good also. I live in an overseas country and only took a couple of weeks from when they got the item from their supplier.
